CMCRI offers customized training seminars and workshops to individuals and groups around constructive dialogue and conflict management and resolution for both personal and professional settings, and around personal, professional, and civic issues.

We provide regular workshops and can also design custom-tailored programs to best meet your needs. They can range from a few hours to multiple-day intensive programs.

Our workshops engage and educate participants in an interactive, safe environment. Experienced and skilled trainers teach principles and practical, useful tools that can be used immediately.

Mediation Training
CMCRI provides multiple 40-hour mediation trainings annually. This course is approved for 20 MCLE credits for RI attorneys.  Attorneys wishing to receive MCLE credits must apply via Appendix G on the Supreme Court Attorney Portal at www.courts.ri.gov.  A certificate of completion is issued to all participants, qualifying them under the Rhode Island statute R.I.G.L. Sec. 9-19-44 to ensure confidentiality in the disputes they mediate.

Conflict Resolution Training in Schools
CMCRI provides peer conflict resolution training that is developmentally appropriate for elementary, middle, and high school students. Students leave the training understanding the concepts and having the beginning skills needed to manage conflict. CMCRI works with schools to set up these programs.

Conflict Resolution Trainings
CMCRI offers such as conflict resolution, mediation, meeting facilitation, and communication skills workshops for a variety of groups and organizations, individualized to meet any specific needs. Not-for-profit organizations are charged at a discounted rate. Please contact us for information about fees and availability.
